For the record, Denis Goldberg neither sold the Nkobi archive to SAHA, nor have SAHA commerically exploited this material, nor do they have any intention of doing so. SAHA’s primary concern relates to preservation and access. SAHA claims no copyright over these materials as this would presumably rest with the family.
we look forward to working closely with the Nkobi family to resolve these apparent misunderstandings.
